i'm down a good 14 pounds and i have several more pounds to go.
yesterday a paper blew off my work desk.
i bent down to retrieve it and.............noted i didn't have to hold my breath to pick it up. i felt pretty proud of myself. :) it's dress down friday and i'm excited for the chance to wear a pair of jeans i know i'll be comfy in ALL day :)
