TGIF or NOT

how many of us are going to ruin our accomplishment of the week by becoming bar flies? I have a friend and we NOT going there this weekend. Who else is brave enoungh to join us.

Easier said than done because that 5'oclock alarm (Happy Hours) goes off and BAM!

    I try to not avoid things because I'm on a diet, otherwise I feel like I'm depriving myself. Moderation is key, If I have a few drinks, I stick with the low cal ones, and I'll but an extra long workout n the next day! I do a little research on what drinks are lower calorie then others before I even step into the bar, and make sure you log everything you eat that day, so you know what you have left for calories, if it's not enough throw a workout in before you go!
