Just started this for the new year and hope it helps! I like the reports because it gives you some insight to your trouble spots. Here's one that I hope I can get some ideas on. Friday night seem to be one of my worse enemies. After a real stressful week with some bad nights of sleep this was one of those out of control nights. What starts it is my once a week glass of wine to relax which ends up to be three or 4 by the end of the night and along with that comes all the snack food. This week I posted a whopping 980 calories of snack and wine alone! I hope being aware of it will help and I promise myself to LOOK at this Friday's post before starting dinner on next Friday, but I'd really like some more thoughts on this.
