I'm on the Eat to Live plan and am looking for a warm low fat, low salt stir fry sauce that I can mix with my veggies. Thank you all !

I tend to be a bit boring and just use some freshly chopped coriander, chilli and soy sauce. Not much need for anything else. :flowerforyou:0

Molasses, soy, pineapple, ginger. Based off a jerk marinade.0

You would have to get the low sodium soy sauce. I typically use beef broth, which is also available as low sodium, add about a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of oyster sauce with a little cornstarch or flour to thicken it.0
