Getting back on track

I have been off track for too many days now…too many calories, not exercising and not the right food choices.DETOX DAY and get up and exercise time. How do you all handle detoxing getting your body back on track after you have fallen? I'm skipping the artificial sweetener in coffee thinking apples for snack and protein shakes for 2 meals, light normal dinner and water, water, water…. and get the workout in something anything…

    Detox? Why not just go about your day like you want to, with smart choices? What 'toxins' are you getting rid of, exactly? Did you accidentally eat some radioactive waste?
