In need of some help

I am beginning to hit my first plateau and am going to hit the gym this weekend to begin weight training. I would love to add some friends who are either personal trainers, or aspiring personal trainers, or maybe even are getting ready to enter fitness competitions. I could really use some advice from professional or semi professionals on my dietary regimen and offer some advice on training so that I maximize my results. All help is much appreciated.     My sister owns her own gym in NC, is a personal trainer and competes. I can ask her to speak with you (she is not a member of MFP) or I can give you the web site of her gym and you could email her. Just let me know.

    I really hope that you listen to them and lift heavy! there is no point in picking something up a million times that weights less than your purse lolol

    I am currently in the process of decreasing my body fat percentage to 13% for a competition I have in September! I would love to help you out nutritionally and fitness wise! If you have any questions feel free to message me and add me as a friend!
