Hi. I'm a college student trying hard to not gain weight, but am failing miserably. I've gained an unwanted 10 pounds and would like to lose it in the next 2-3 months. I always start a diet plan or workout plan strong and then fail to stick with it. I want to tone and lose weight in my butt and thighs the most. I'm a bottom heavy girl and would like to tone up and lose some pounds. How do I lose weight in college with all the temptations and how busy I always am?
Help please!! I want to lose some weight very soon and I don't know where I'm going wrong....I guilty of being a desert addict and eat out with my friends way too much. I also play golf so it takes up a lot of my time and I don't workout as much as I should. What would you recommend I do?

avoid alcohol.
figure out how many calories you need to maintain weight, then eat about 300-500 less than that number each day.
(if you need 2000 calories to hold your current weight, eat around 1600)
