I'm a 30-something lady from Ohio and I love to travel. The best part has been partaking in local delicacies! The Food Network doesnt help my proclivities. Anyways, nervous about losing the 10 lbs that need to go as I tend to sabotage myself with temptations. I'm hoping being in an online community will help me get the support I need. to reach my goals.
