Hey fellow MFPer's... I've got a few of you on my Instagram feed, and have found it to be WICKEd inspiring, also helps me feel more accountable as I can show weight loss/(heaven forbid)gain; for my eating and exercise discipline or lack thereof.
I also find it easier to upload pics as I don't have to be at a computer to do it if you want, send me an add or list your username if you'd like some follows and words of encouragement
