I've been keeping a fairly regular walking/biking schedule. I've made some progress in my weight loss goal. I'm thinking about supplementing my exercise with calisthenics. Can anyone direct me to a good resource for designing a program? I'm 57 yo, fairly active with knees feeling the strain of an extra 50lbs and a lifetime of snow skiing and cycling. Thanks for your help!

Hi there. I just started with some basic calisthenics and after 3 month I can already see the results. I would suggest you to start with push ups, pull ups and some core work out. Keep me posted on your results.0
