How long have you been tracking foods, and exercising? When did you add the running? Would be helpful to see your diary too, if you don't mind making it public - up to you, but helps to be able to see what sort of things you're eating.

How much do you estimate you burn through exercise each day? Do you eat your exercise calories back? Give us a bit more info, maybe we can help.

K,.. started daily exercise middle of May,...so 5months ago,...been tracking on here 50 days,..i eat back all but 100cals roughly a day,(always staying above 1250,...mfp recommends 1480,...never eat back all,..closest i ever got was 1400 once!,...normally eat 1350 /day and burn atleast 350-500cals a day.I have lost 5lbs,.12+ inches and gone down a size or 2 in cloths.

If you plateau for awhile (like a month), try to increase your calories a little. Depending on how close you are to your goal weight, it will start to come off more slowly. I had been losing 2 pounds a week (which was MFP setting). I plateaued for about 3 weeks. Changed my setting to lose 1.5 pounds per week and started losing again.

Good luck and keep up the good work (your exercising and always being under your calories goal). That is great!

My husband hit a plateau and asked one of the trainers at the gym what to do. He said to increase calories for a week by a couple of hundred and then go back down. It worked and he got past it.
    Good luck!
