Low Carb Diet.. Rum and Diet or Red Wine?

Hey guys!

So I am in my 2nd week of the Atkins diet where I'm not supposed to have more than 20 net carbs per day. I have been doing really well, but tonight some friends want to go out. I am considering having ONE drink.. either rum and diet or red wine. Which do you think would be better? Do you think having one drink will make me go over? I have read mixed reviews about alcohol turning into sugar in your body.. hmmmmmm Any suggestions?
