Dairy, soy and gluten free P90X Subs help?

I am trying to figure out some subs for the dairy, soy and gluten parts of the P90X diet…(Fat shredder Phase I) if anyone has any experience doing this please give me some suggestions.
My biggest problem is that they are subbing dairy products with soy and I’m allergic to both. I need to find out if Almond milk is okay to sub with but I know that really doesn’t help the protein part of dairy, I have a vegan protein powder that I can use so I’m no to worried about that part and I already take Calcium and Vitamin D supplements daily.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think the grains, legumes, lentils and nuts and seeds is the best way to go.
Your other option might be to have a look at the P90X2 Nutrition Guide if you are allergic to dairy and soy!
