    Faithfully since I joined MFP. It's really helping me lose weight, which has always been hard for me.

    Do you have cheat days (eating things you shouldn't)?

    Atlantic... I have that ocean near home :) But what I really love is mediterranean sea :)

    Well, technically Native Americans. But in terms of Euorpean explorers I think it was Amerigo Vespucci (not sure how to spell it). Christopher Columbus wasn't the first.

    I don't practice any risky sports by now... But that is one of my motivations to lose weight! I wanna do kitesurfing, rafting and lots of risky sports :)

    Coming from San Diego............no snow on the mountains, so it would be a nice walk down the mountain in a warm sky, to the beach...

    Whatever makes more sense with the clothes and shoes. For sports, my socks are both black and white so I'm set either way!
