Hey Guys!!!! It's day 25!!! What do you like about yourself/life today!!! Here's a recap of what I am doing!!! In case some of you are new and missed the first day!
Recap: I vowed to post one thing I liked about myself or my day, each day on MFP. So I thought I would also post it here and I'll do this every day as well! Tell me what you like about yourself or your day!!!!!

This is a really hard thread for me to answer. But I really should post everyday.
I liked that I worked out this morning even though I am a little sick (headache, congestion).

When changing at the gym I think I found that "V" at the bottom of my abs. Still covered up by some belly, I pressed on it and flexed it and felt it move! CHIPPENDALE'S here I come!0

I like that my legs are firm from going up and down the stairs.0

It's day 251 for me. I like the fact that I have stuck with this program for 9 months and still going!0

I haven't ridden my bike in weeks (very, very sad), but I know I can get on and go for 20 miles, no problems.0

I like that I ran the dogs last night after a 12-hour shift and hour commute.
The dogs appreciated it to.

I like that I am strong enough now to do a full routine of Insanity without stopping. I still modify or reduce my pace but I don't quit.0

I like that I can jog to school with my 5 year old grandson and then race him home every afternoon. It's his idea, not mine. The other adults look at me like I'm crazy, but he thinks gramma is the best, so let them look.0

I love that after a sh!tty year I've been able to bounce back and am now happier than ever. I love that when I hit rock bottom I bounced back up and am stronger than ever. In the words of Charlie Sheen I'm winning. I love that I still use "WINNING" even though it's clearly over.0
