Hey guys! I am down to pasta and frozen veggies until I can get to the grocery store (monday since my car is in the shop :() But I just made the best lunch!!

I boiled half a serving of thin spaghetti and 6 frozen brussel sprouts.
After boiling, I tossed it in a tsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of reduced fat parmesan, and herbs de province
Then I cooked an egg over easy and broke it on top of the pasta dish
Mixed everything together, then added some seasoned salt

DELICIOUS!!!
