Hi there, just joined today after gaining back all of the weight I lost last year! Determined this time to lose at least 48lbs and could really use some support for when I inevitably fall off the wagon! :smile:

    Haha, I sure hope so!
    I just get over confident once I've lost the weight (which always seems to be the easy part) and I forget until eventually it sneaks up on me again :(
