TapoutXT & Macros?

Hey everyone!

I'm doing TapoutXT, but only sticking to a healthier diet (I say healthier, because my diet isn't perfect) because my doctor didn't approve of the nutrition guide for it. I try to stick to about 1400-1500 calories per day, and the pre-set totals for carbs and fat on MFP are always way above what I actually take in. I'm usually pretty spot on (or close to) the protein.

Does anyone have any recommendations for macros?
