when I want something that i knw is unhealthy i always make it my self so i can control what i put in it but here is a good recipe for a cream of mushroom soup i love cooking with mushrooms.
Makes 4 servings
Awesome Creamy Nearly Non-fat Mushroom Soup!
Recipe Ingredients for Nearly Non-fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 cups mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 egg white
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and mushrooms in saucepan and saute on med-high heat for about 5 minutes. Add flour and stir. Add veg broth and bring to boil. In a separate bowl, beat together the sour cream, milk, and egg white. Add to the broth and keep on low heat for 10 minutes or more
and for the chicken or celery just cook the chicken and do the same thing for the celery cut it up small and you will want to cook it a little longer since its hard the calories will be more with the chicken
