BUY SPAGHETTI SQUASH! you can subsitute it instead of using spaghetti noodles. just cut in half, put in the microwave or approx. 10 min, and scrape out the stringlike sqash! i like to add low fat butter, fresh chopped garlic and onion, and shrimp spiced with pepper =] yummy! {1 cup is only 42 calories}
