321 cake CALORIE COUNT

Hey all- I was really excited when I saw several references to 321 cake being super low calories - I just made some using angel food cake mix and fanfetti (white cake mix with colored pieces) After figuring up the calories I was a little disappointed- 40 calories per tbsp = 120 cal for 1 serving. Its not terrible but not nearly as low cal as some have posted. ---for those who don' t know its 3 tbsp mix-2 tbsp water- microwave for 1 minute.

    That is disappointing. I could have a serving of full fat ice cream for about that.
