Losing steam during workout

Im good in the beginning and halfway through but I sometimes lose steam towards the end. Im doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. The workouts are only 30 minutes long, 3 circuits each but during that last circuit..Im ready to sit down and tell her to stuff it. I always workout after the kids are in bed and Ive eaten dinner, which ends up being about 8 or 8:30p. I try not to wait too long after my workout because then I know my energy wont last through but I dont want to do it too soon after and make myself sick. Like tonight for example, I think it was maybe an hour and a half after I had eaten. I had 4 oz pork roast, broccoli and some noodles, I was wiped out by the 3rd circuit. I dont know if it was mental because I've got a personal issue going on with ex best friends coming back around and just wasnt fully into it. Or if it was because I waited too long after eating. Should I suck it up and just do it 30 minutes after I eat? Is an hour and a half to long? This program is 3 months long and I want to give it my all, any tips would be great.

Don't think it really makes a difference regarding food timing in the short window you mention. Food takes a long time to digest (up to 48-72 hours). I do my workouts several hours after the last time I've eaten with no problems. Lots of people do their workouts fasted (no food for many hours, 12+).
How long have you been doing this? Is it just a matter of conditioning? Are you getting fatigued just due to being out of shape? That seems like the most likely scenario. It will get better over time. Workouts should be tiring, intense and brutal. If you're not tired by the end you're probably not going hard enough. Give it time and see how it goes.
How big is your deficit, also? Not enough food intake overall can definitely leave you hurting. You don't have your diary open.0
