I am brand new to my fitnesspal. My brother recommended this site to me. So far I like it. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

    Log every bite you eat - even those sugar free mints or the left over crust from your kids sandwich!
    Eat all your recommended calories even if they seem too high.
    Drink your water!

    If you haven't been exercising start slow and remember that building muscle will add "good" pounds at first so you might not see as much weight loss the first few weeks you exercise.

    It's going to take time - be realistic.

    You're going to over eat at times - life happens!
