Two Months on MFP

:bigsmile: I've been on MFP for two months today and I'm down 23lbs. and I feel great. Walking on the treadmill for 3 miles six days a week and eating very healthy I love MFP it helps me stay focused on my goal.:happy:

Well done!! I hope i can lose that much in 2 months. I am really trying hard but a day without exercise and i seem to come off track. I am ok until i get a cold and cannot get to the gym and then it kicks me back.
I am trying to take a day at a time.
