What would you do?

It's about to be 2AM. I haven't ran in 3 days now. The last time I ran, I ran 3 miles and then for the fourth mile, i walked the corners and sprinted to long strips. the day before that, i ran 4 miles. But today, I went like 200 calories above my limit, maybe more, and I had some sweets which I usually never do. I went out tonight and just kind of got back. Now I'm torn between whether or not to run. I'm SO sleepy but I mean I need to burn these stupid calories and it's been 3 days! What would you suggest?
