One Year Later

After a knee injury, i'd let my fitness slip and had got into bad eating and drinking habits due to a stressful job.
On my 40th birthday i decide enough is enough.

I am now 2 week's off my 41st birthday and after a careful diet and a weight training programme, i have lost a stone of weight and my body has totally changed...
