Hi Everyone...
I have joined this site with a little encouragement from a online friend....
I have been trying to lose weight on my own (am currently 89kg) and have done real well, i lost 1stone 1lb in three weeks, but eating a VERY low fat diet, and struggling with food intakes, as shopping took hours checking fat contents etc.
I visited my GP and he was very please with my weight loss, however he thought i was loosing a little much too fast, so i have started introducing fat to my diet again, and now (after a referal to the Gym by GP) i am loosing the correct amount of weight, and also enjoying a few more foods that i restricted myself a few weeks back.
I have also joined slimming world, (still getting used to the Red/Green days) but am enjoying hearing from others how they are doing this.
Would appreciate hearing from others on this site on weight losses (or Gains) to inspire me along.
