Ahhhh...Fit Bit broke?!?

Greetings,

I am re-posting this here since it DOES relate to my weight loss....and it got no love in the Fit Bit Forum!

My Fit Bit "case" came unglued along one side. Fit Bit is still working. Has this happened to anyone else? Remedy? Krazy Glue?

    Try emailing Fitbit customer service to see what they suggest. It's their product, so they would know what is/isn't safe to try. I hope you get a solution soon.

    Thanks. I e-mailed them already and am waiting for their response. I DO hear good things about their customer service.

    Thanks for the input. I just got the Fit Bit in July; what's their life expectancy?

    Greetings,

    I heard back from FitBit today. Here's what they had to say;

    "I'm sorry to hear about your damaged Fitbit! I'm going to have you send me 2 clear pictures of the damage, as well as the answers to the questions below.

    * Where do you normally wear the Fitbit
    * How did this happen
    * When did this happen
    * Has the Fitbit come in contact with any beauty products or chemicals (please specify)"

    They asked if my personal information on file is accurate.

    I replied as they requested and am waiting again...

    Further bulletins as events warrant.
