I started this crazy journey about a year ago...I've taken it slow and made small, gradual changes.

Although I'm not exactly where I want to be, I'm proud of myself! I never thought I'd lose twenty pounds, nevertheless seventy! Keep it up, I promise it'll all be worth it :heart:

    I can't see where another 20 pounds could come from, but you know yourself better than me. But I do know you've done an amazing job and I am both impressed and inspired.

    I love reading posts in the 'success stories' section, it lets me know I can get there too, just keep working hard and don't make the Golden Arches a daily visit.
