I'm halfway through my second round of insanity, down 19lbs, 7 inches on my waist, I can now do press ups and get though the insanity warm up without stopping! Considering I started in June after about 10 years of no exercise I'm pretty proud of myself and my hard work.
I want to do a though mudder at some point next year and I also want to get my body fat % down more too. I have never been good at running, even as a kid, I was doing gymnastics, ballet, swimming, diving and cycling but still couldn't hack running! What do you guys reckon I should be doing next? I've read the new rules of lifting for women and am very interested, I'm also interested in doing the asylum (basically to see if I can) and know I'm gonna need to work on my running before attempting a tough mudder. Anyone got any advice?

C25K will help more with racing, NROLFW will help more with getting body fat % down, so it depends on your priority.
Good news is you can do both of those programs at the same time. I wouldn't start them both at once, but after, say, 4-6 weeks of getting used to one, you could add the other on alternate days.0 -
That's what I was thinking, they should fit nicely together! Thanks for the advice!0
