Discovered a setback last night

My abdominals are strong enough to pull my back and pelvic region out of joint. Abs. Nothing else. It's due to my disorder, but still...
Joe and I had gone down to the gym. All I've been doing is getting on the stationary bike (still not cleared for any weight at all) and pedaling. Light resistance pedaling. Like a resistance of 2 pedaling. (The bones in my knees will slide and cause problems if the resistance is any higher.) Anyway, we had gone to the gym, and had just gotten in. I said to him, "Look! I can feel a muscle!", took two of his fingers and poked them into my abdomen, and tightened the muscles.
...and most of my lumbar spine immediately came out of alignment. I could feel my iliosacrals starting to slip.
I know exercise is a necessity, but this is a little discouraging.
