Am soooo tempted to have a cheat day today. Great night last night, drank loads, danced for hours, and managed to stay under my targets, but this morning I've already had a maccy d's brekkie and am craving junk. Would it be so wrong to give in and order a *****y or make a trip to KFC?!

    Im jealous (well, sort of) how'd you drink loads and still stay in your calorie range. Good job! Dont give in -- you are just have hangover cravings...get up, go and exercise and dont regret your decisions today - you'll just be mad at yourself tomorrow!

    Drank my dinner, exercised, and stuck to vodka and sugar free redbull!!!

    With lots of alcohol and lots of exercise you're likely dehydrated; try to drink as much water as you can and see if it helps with the cravings.
