Reassessing my goals on MFP...

After losing 10lbs over 40 days, MFP suggested I should reassess my goals.
What does this mean? Should I readjust my calorie intake now to avoid reaching a plateu? If so, more or less calories?
Thanks.

How much do you weigh and how much more do you want to lose?0

Currently 171lbs, but would like to loose an additional stone before christmas - currently calorie intake is 1400.0

MFP wants you to go to your goals in your profile and re-calibrate your numbers, because you are 10 lbs lighter. It's likely your BMR and TDEE are a bit lower now.0

I believe MFP asks you if you want to reassess after each 10 lb milestone as your body will adjust uniquely. It's just a standard milestone to ask you, are you losing the weight in an appropriate amount of time (not too fast), are you taking in enough calories, are you getting enough exercise? It's up to you if you think you should adjust your schedule. Good job! Keep it up!0
