You wont, you will always have fluctuations all through out your weight loss journey and afterwards. Thats why it is best to weigh yourself like every Friday once a week. There is nothing that you can really do to make this stop. Just drink a lot of water will help it get flushed. (:0

Everyone's weight fluctuates. Everyone's. Even people who are maintaining their weight. You can reduce fluctuations by consuming a consistent amount of sodium every day, and a consistent amount of carbs, and drinking the same amount of water (and sweating the same amount), and eating the same amount of food. Also, doing the same amount of exercise and never increasing the intensity. Hormonal changes will still have an effect though. Really, there's nothing wrong with having these fluctuations, once you accept that they happen. It's a good reason not to become too emotionally attached to the number on the scale!0
