Hi, My Fitness Pal community! 
I'm Maisie, a well-seasoned dieter considering my lack of years. So far I'm feeling positive about My Fitness Pal - I joined a week ago tomorrow, but despite having some brilliant days I haven't actually, by any means, had a great week. I often struggle with bingeing as a result of being low, stressed, lonely etc. I decided to join in hope to kick this habit of always turning to food to deal with emotions, so please could I have some encouragement from someone who has experience with this/similar things? I have goals to be met - it would mean so much to me if I lost some weight. Please add me as a friend if you'd be willing to help - I would be so grateful and support you when needed in return. :flowerforyou:
