There is so much information to be had on here.......if you had to explain how to succeed with this, in a straightforward way.....what would you say?

1. weigh yourself and take accurate body measurements. try and only weigh once a week
2. weigh your food, and be completely and utterly honest with yourself about everything that you eat.
3.be honest about the exercise that you really do
4. remember, every day can be a new start0 -

Stop eating fast food/boxed/processed stuff (or at least cut back to once a week)
Drink half your weight in ounces of water daily (only water counts for this)
Weigh and measure all your food
Get your body moving, find an exercise that you like and do it at least 3-4 times weekly
If you have a treat, bad meal, bad day or even a bad week, just get back on track, this is a journey for a lifetime, not a short term diet. Make diet a bad word in your vocabulary!0 -
Honesty! you're only cheating yourself if you're not! Ive found recoding everything, even the bad days makes me more accountable! In fact I learn more from the bad days!0
