Hi, I have been with this site about a week now. I have about a stone to lose. I have been sticking well to my calorie intake, which is a big achievement for me as I love love love food. It is something I need to get under control though as I have a sweet tooth. I am aiming to go to the gym about 4 times a week and do a mixture of strength training and cardio. It is good to belong to this community as I do not know anybody else who is trying to shape up at the moment.
