Tracking Calories Burned

Ok.. so, I was on WW for about a year and a half. I lost 50 pounds but have been stagnant for the past 10 months and have decided I need a program with stricter guidelines to keep me on track. So, I joined MFP and I am SUPER excited to be here!
Now that I have switched to counting calories I really want to keep my accuracy up to make sure I get the best out of my program so I want to track calories burned as well as calories consumed. I was looking at the Bodybugg but I work in a professional business casual environment and wear short sleeved tops 99% of the time and would rather not have that eyesore on my arm. What can I use that will accurately track calories burned throughout the entire day as well as while running and weight training? I am looking at possibly getting the new fitbit thats being released on the 25th and a HRM watch with chest strap to count the calories burned while lifting weights.
Any suggestions for an option that will cover both needs in one device?
Or a better device combination?
OR, which HRM I should get with my fitbit?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I dont wear an HRM all day. Your MFP profile should be set to your activity level. I only log my actual workout calories. Otherwise, if you say you have a high activity level, and MFP adjusts your needs to that, and you add them into your diary as well....then you are defeating the purpose and going to mess up your deficit0
