Calling All Animal Lovers/Runners!

I want to spread the word about an organization I discovered through a fellow runner called Running for Rescues. It's a non-profit that's dedicated to saving the lives of shelter animals across the country. Basically, all you do is pick a race (if you've never ran a race before they have a training program and online coach), set up a fundraising page at www.firstgiving.com, and have friends and family sponsor you by making a donation. Running for Rescues sends you a shirt to wear during your race and you can also purchase a t-shirt or hoodie from their website at http://www.runningforrescues.org/index.html

I was super excited to discover this organization that combines two of my favorite things, running and helping animals! Check it out and fundraise with me! :happy:
