Banana and Strawberry Crepes

1 medium Bananas (raw)
.5 cup(s), pureed Strawberries (raw)
1 large Egg (fresh, raw)
1 large egg white(s) Egg white (fresh, raw)
1.5 cup(s) Skim milk, fat free (no added vitamin A)
.5 cup(s) Wheat flour, white, all-purpose (enriched, bleached)
1 tbsp(s) Olive oil
.25 tsp(s) Table salt

Prep & Cooking Time: 20 min.

Directions:
1. Combine eggs, milk, flour, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Spray a nonstick cooking skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter for one crepe into skillet.
3. Brown crepe on one side only
4. Remove crepe from skillet and brown next one
5. When batter is finished, top each crepe with sliced strawberries and bananas, fold and enjoy.

Yields 4.000 servings
