Well, I'm not too far into my journey, but day 3 and my muscles are aching( i love the burn, it makes me feel like I'm melting the fat off) . It has gotten a tad easier I must admit. I still feel like I'm going to die in the first -second cardio sets but I know if I continue this I will see results.

I'm super excited to see what the changes are in 3.5 weeks!!

Just a question for those who have done this before or are doing it, did you do other workouts as well? I go for a walk everyday with my Daughter for about an hour .Or is 30DShred enough?

Thanks ya'll:flowerforyou:

    hey
i just finished day 11. i was really looking forward to it as level 1 gets pretty easy after day6..
well, it was harder at the end (butjust because of the planking stuff).

i do run 3 times a week (c25k) and alternate other youtube workouts. i want a quick change so i do more workouts when i feel like it!

    good luck

I tried 30 Day Shred a while back, and almost had to call out of work the days following. EVERYTHING hurt! That was almost 30 pounds ago though, and I wasn't doing much else for exercise. i should give it another try here sometime soon...

Keep at it, you can do it!

I'm on day 3 as well - I was dying today, but that's probably because I ran 3.5 miles and did 30DS an hour later...have to figure out the timing thing.

I ride my bike to work on weekdays (40 mins total), and I also play tons of sports and run 3-4 miles once or twice a week. This is just an addition, albeit a brutal one.

    thanks for the responses !!

I can't believe this...I'm actually starting to look forward to this workout. Its hard , I get sweaty and gross, but I am starting to enjoy it! Yesss.

I'm glad I'm getting into the workout mode again. I was just watching what I eat really and lost some weight that way.

I have a xmas party to look forward too on the 15th of Dec. and I wanna be a smoke show for the night :)

I've completed the 30DS twice. I would do it as part of a circuit. I would do 30 minutes of HIIT on an elliptical, then do the 30DS followed by another 30 minutes of HIIT although not as intense as the first 30 minutes.
