Has anyone tried Ideal shape Meal replacement shakes?

I would love to hear from anyone who has actually tried Ideal Shape MRS. I am thinking about trying them. I really would rather not hear people condemning me for trying MRS or criticizing MRS. Just opinions on this product please. Thank You
