Hi Everyone,
This seems like a great website that my son introduced me to...we both joined today...and I'm really excited to get started.

I'm 48 and exercise on a regular basis and I try to watch what I eat, but since Christmas I think I put on a few pounds...the husband keeps bringing home chocolate which I can't resist!!!... so my goal is to lose about 8 pounds if I can. I like how the website keeps track of your intake and exercise.

The strength training that I do is called Body Pump and I'm not sure how to log that one in because you don't really count reps. Does anyone else take Body Pump and how are you logging that?
