Well i joined MFP last year in jan but only to track my weight for a few months. Now i am back and i am counting calories and keeping track of things. Last year i lost 24lbs in 2 1/2months. I was doing soooo good then i lost my motivation. So since march 09 i gained like 10lbs. Im am ready to commit and lose 50lbs. I started on friday and lost 3lbs already. I just been drinking alot of water, portioning, and watching my calories. Im going to start working out today to help with my weight loss. I hope to lose the weight by the end of the year.
