New to the forums (and pretty new to the program)

I guess I just wanted to introduce myself :)

I am a 26 yr old Nursing student from PE, Canada. I weight 165.6 lbs but my goal is to be between 140-145 (more towards the 145 then the 140...) I usually lose the weight then gain it all back :S so now I'm trying to get there and keep it off by being more curious of what I am doing and eating! Which is a lot of work! I really don't know where I let go last time haha.

I love music, scrabble, cribbage, and soccer :S

Any support would be nice :)
