    Fantastic! I'm about 7 Ibs until I'm out of obese. It is such a good milestone because its a terrifying word!

    Great isn't it? Yesterday I went from overweight to healthy... fantastic feeling to be in a whole new group :) Congratulations...... now get healthy :)
