I have a friend who has been doing this for nearly a year and she has lost 34 lbs. I have tried everything else and nothing worked so thought I would give it a try. I was diagnosed with Celiac's two years ago. I have been wearing a pedometer for two years. How do I convert those steps to the exercise charts?
