Rejoined...

Hello everyone...

My name is Lisa, I just downloaded this app again with the hope that it will get me back on track. I have recently started a Commit 2 Be Fit program, where I do Strength Training classes twice a week and Fitness Classes twice a week. I am hoping that the schedule combined with MyfitnessPal, will help me reach my fitness goals..
