LCHF help - the more answers, the better!!

I have been low-carb for almost 2 weeks now, and I am loving it. I have gradually become even LOWER carb than when I started, but I don't think I am low enough to be in Ketosis yet. I am wondering if I should be.

I have about 20 pounds I want to lose, and that will be quite thin - size 4/6 for me. I have been advised to be a little more careful with protein, and not to be afraid of fat.

So my questions are, to those of you who have had success on LCHF: How "low" is your LC? How "high" is your HF? Can you give me a typical day or two of your food journals, so that I can get an idea of your intake of the three primary nutrients and in what combinations? How much did you lose this way? How quickly did you lose it? Was it a struggle for you?

I am so confused my all of the reading I have done, and I am concerned that I am doing it wrong. I lost well in my first week, but have tried to push it more toward an Atkins kind of thing, and I am not losing this week - maybe not at all (tomorrow is weigh-in, and as of today I was up about .4 from last Sunday)

I can tell that this is a good thing for me, because I am visibly leaner, my muscle tone is showing well and my face even looks thinner. I also feel awesome and have been rocking my workouts while eating like this.

Please, shower me with information. I want to know as much as you have to offer... Thanks!!

My carbs are typically below 30g and that's UK carbs or 'net carbs' if you're American (excluding fibre).

    Protein usually 60 - 100g for a 5`-10" 1.80m man. I lost over 50 lbs in 6 months.

My fat % of calories is 60 minimum.
