Fruit soups are quite easy to prepare. Most recipes are just a mixture of cubed "soft" fruit (melons or peaches for example), a little acid like lime juice, perhaps some fresh mint and plain yogurt if you prefer a creamier soup (but not necessary). Add these ingredients into a blender and process till smooth. Chill and enjoy. They are really refreshing but I tend to think of them more of a spring or summer starter and this time of year I prefer a hot soup. But you should have no problem finding many recipes on the web. Obviously, the fresher your ingredients, the tastier the final product but I think it's fun to try something new don't you?0
